Help out and partner with Melbourne Dads Network

It takes a bit of time and effort to keep MDN running with a small group of dedicated dads from different backgrounds who have come together to share our experiences with and support other dads.

Through 2021 we are hoping to run many more events for Melbourne Dads Network members to socialise, share a breakfast, a BBQ, a coffee or a beer. We’re also hoping to run an outdoor movie night for dads and children, and more father/child activities in general.  We’re also looking for a charity to partner with and support.

 

Donations

Donations to MDN are used to cover our minor monthly expenses and to continously improve what we do for members.  Minor one off and regular donations have kept us alive for 5 years.  Donations to MDN can be in many forms such as…

 

One off Donations or Regular Donations

Do you benefit from being in MDN, or believe in what we do?  Help us out by chipping in the cost of a coffee (or more if you can!) either as a one off donation or as a regular monthly donation. Funding an Event

By funding an MDN event, you not only get the knowledge that you have enabled a bunch of dads getting together to support each other and enjoy a day out, but we can also provide you the following: –

  • Come along to the event and display your signage and hand out info
  • A post on our Facebook page with thanks to your business/organisation and links back to your business
  • A post in our Facebook group (over 1000 members) with thanks to your business/organisation and links back to your business
  • A post on our website announcing the event, with thanks to your business, displaying your business logo and links back to your business

Product Donations

We like giving stuff to our members, and we have over 1000 of them. In 2021, one of our initiatives is to put together showbags that we’d like to hand out to our members at member events. To facilitate this, we’re going to need stuff to put in the bags. This can be a promotional product, though we ask that you understand the audience this will go to. These products may also be used in hampers or fundraising events, however we do guarantee your products will get out to the intended audience. This is a great way to get your product or service out to a specific audience effectively.

SUPPORTING PARTNERS

Partnering with Melbourne Dads Network not only gets your brand and business identity in front of over 1000 dads, but it also helps take us to the next level. We’re looking to establish ongoing relationships with businesses that get us. We support our members. We prop them up to be the best fathers they can be.  Over the years, we’ve managed to build an amazing group of dads who are supportive and feel the same as we do. If this sounds like you then we’d like to have a chat. We’re pretty flexible, though to kick things off ‘out of the box’ as they say, this is where we’re at and what we can offer.

Silver Level – $100pm (5 spots available)

  • Your company logo and link in all emails to members

Gold Level – $250pm (2 spots available)

What do we do with the money?

It’s early days for MDN and establishing ourselves with Partners and Supporters, so please check back in here often to see what we have planned. Our plan for 2021 is to run MDN events for members either for free, or drastically reduced prices for trips like Zoo days etc. There are minor admin fees each month, and our plans are dependant on the levels or partnership we are able to achieve. Watch this space!
